Great information. So glad you connected with this organization. I’m excited to hear the results.

During Covid our gym closed. We had a great group who enjoyed various types of workouts. The gym never reopened and the group scattered. We’re still searching for a similar experience. We honestly don’t enjoy our workouts to the extent we did. We’ll keep trying!

Having people you look forward to seeing when you workout IS helpful. Check and see if any places are offering brain/body workouts near you. Arizona would definitely be a market for this type of exercise-brain enhancement workout.
